XAR File Summary

To use this feature, you will need to install the module. Open up the Module Manager (from "Advanced Tools"), and select to install XAR Summary Module from the server.

For this example, I opened a project called "NCI NMHCC Data Set: Cysteine_MS2.xar", and selected the file "CPESearch10.xar.xml". Right-click on the file and select "View XAR Summary".

CPAS outputs an XML format called a "XAR" file. The files can be quite large and contain a lot of information. Tranche offers a summary tool for any selected XAR files. View example summary screenshot.
