All of the proteomics software projects hosted by the Pacific Northwest National Labs (PNNL) are mirrored in Tranche. Additionally, a simple HTML page that looks like part of their website is on-line and links to all of the data. The project is an example of how Tranche can mirror data and expose that data through what looks to be a normal website.
Note that screenshots are available for the actual website and the Tranche mirror. Note that they look identical. The idea with this mirror is to show how an existing webpage can easily reference data stored in Tranche. No style changes required!
