ProteomeCommons.org Data Pages

ProteomeCommons.org provides a set of web pages that describe many of the projects that have been uploaded to Tranche. Each project has a page that documents information such as the author(s), citations, instrument(s) used, organism(s), and sample preparation. All of the pages can be searched using a Google-like interface.

Results are displayed at the bottom of the page. Each result may have one or more Tranche links that load the Tranche downloader and get the requested data.
