We are currently experiencing intermittent internet and power loss to our web server; however, Tranche can still be used. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working on fixing the problem.

We have restored the network to its normal state, and data should be available again.
We still have a handful of projects that might be unavailable, and will continue to monitor data availability. If you have any issues downloading a particular data set, please contact us:

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Unfortunately, this will impact data availability until the network is restored.
We have recovered much of the data already, and are working quickly to restore the remaining data.
While we restore data, you can continue to use the tool for uploads and downloads.
If you have problems with a particular data set, please contact us (with any relevant information you can provide, such as status bar information and exceptions if available), and we will prioritize your request above data without any requests.
