ProteomeCommons.org has on-going efforts to annotate as many published data sets as possible. The goal is to create a machine parsible set of data that accurately describes published data and to host the raw data itself through the ProteomeCommons.org Tranche System.
Many different data sets are currently annotated, and many of the popular journals, including Molecular and Cellular Proteomics, are regularly checked for manuscripts that should be annotated, and data that should be included in Tranche.
Put here any restrictions of use relating to this data set. Make it clear so that others know if they can freely use the data or if they must abide by certain rules or regulations.
This section is intended to provide helpful reference information regarding this manuscript.
This data set is made available through the ProteomeCommons.org Tranche network.
